Tastes from Brick and Spoon and other local restaurants and food vendors happen April 28 as part of INNOV8 the Plate
Today marks the beginning of this year's INNOV8 Lafayette, a festival that celebrates innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. If you're a foodie looking for a way to get involved in the action, mark your calendars for something new to this year's INNOV8 line up. E's Kitchen and EatLafayette have teamed up to present INNOV8 the Plate on Monday, April 28 at Jefferson Street Pub. From 6-9 p.m.
INNOV8 the Plate is a roundtable-style event showcasing area food producers, manufacturers, restaurateurs and chefs. Presenters include Brian Gotreaux of Gotreaux Family Farms, Pat Mould, Paul Ayo of E's Kitchen, Marc Krampe of Social Southern Table and bar and Collin Cormier of Viva la Waffle and Swamp Pop.
The event will also include samples from the following restaurants and vendors:
