These 30 individuals were selected to participate in the thought-provoking, 10-month training initiative beginning in January 2014. An anonymous selection committee comprised of program alumni identifies each class based on confidential applications.

Leadership Lafayette is designed to empower participants through community leadership. The curriculum encourages new, energetic and innovative leaders to approach complex community issues with in-depth analysis. With more than 600 alumni, the program has proven to also build lasting and beneficial relationships.
