The Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce announced the 16 candidates for consideration to fill eight, term-expired seats on its board. The Nominating Committee has selected the following individuals to be placed on the ballot for election by the membership:

Natalie Harder, South Louisiana Community College Trey Hill, Atmos Energy Boyd Hoyt, Hoyt Investment Services Jenny Krueger, Acadiana Symphony Orchestra and Conservatory of Music Charles Landry, Jones, Walker Randy McCollum, Blue Sky Innovations Frank Neuner, Laborde & Neuner Allyson Pharr, Acadian Companies Doug Place, Dupré Logistics Charles Trent, Landry Harris & Company Jerry Vascocu, IberiaBank Flo Ziegler, Stone Energy Corp.
The eight candidates receiving the largest number of votes will be elected to three-year terms. The terms begin on Jan. 1, 2013. Voting information and ballots will be sent out later this month. Click here for more info.
